How to submit a request
To submit a privacy rights request, please email us at privacy@masheev.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- The specific right you wish to exercise
- Any additional details that may help us process your request
Response time
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond substantively within the timeframes required by applicable law (usually one calendar month for UK GDPR, 45 days for CCPA).
Privacy complaints
If you are concerned about how we have handled personal information, email privacy@masheev.com. You do not need an account or a particular subject line. Tell us what happened and how we can reply; please do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed, and explain the outcome. A separate request to exercise your privacy rights keeps its own response deadline. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may require you to provide additional information so we can match it with the data we have on file.
