Responding to reviews signals to customers that your business is attentive and professional. Masheev helps an authorized user monitor reviews and prepare consistent replies; the business remains responsible for approving appropriate public responses.

Will it post replies to negative reviews without me seeing them?

You're in control. Masheev drafts the response and uses the configured approval step before a reply is published. Sensitive cases should remain human-reviewed.

Can it ask customers for reviews?

No. Automated review-request campaigns are not part of the current private beta. The launch scope is review sync, response drafting, approval, and publishing for an eligible Google Business Profile.

Is this separate software I have to manage?

No. Eligible Google Reviews are managed inside Masheev alongside customer conversations. Access is an approval-gated Growth beta and requires Google Business Profile eligibility plus the applicable Google verification.

What is an AI Google review responder?

An AI Google review assistant helps a business monitor incoming reviews and prepare consistent replies. Masheev's private beta syncs reviews from an eligible Google Business Profile and drafts responses in your brand voice for the configured approval step.

After approval, Masheev publishes the reply and keeps the review alongside your customer communication workspace. Automated review-request campaigns are not part of this beta. Google Business Profile eligibility and the applicable Google verification are required.
