Your organization needs an active paid plan to receive referral credit. Referrals you make while on a trial still count once you are on a paid plan.
A qualifying referral
A referral is rewarded when the friend you referred subscribes and their first paid invoice succeeds. New organizations only, and self-referrals do not count.
Fair-use cap
Up to 5 rewarded referrals per organization each month. Refer as many people as you like, the cap only applies to how many are rewarded in a single month.
